However, you can sell access to your AI solution, via a sublicense agreement, that allows them to use your solution as per the terms and purpose of our agreement.

You own the branding IP that the custom AI solution is trained on, and we will never re-use that information for any other custom AI solutions for other clients. However, the base coding of the AI system we build for you is our Intellectual Property and cannot be resold or redistributed.
